Introduction : My team, Holodyn, and I partnered with an Atlanta-based non-profit organization, Combat Veteran Rehabilitation Foundation, to create a user-focused website to serve as a platform for mission outreach, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment dedicated to giving back to those that would have given it all. We helped them build the vision from the ground up with branding direction and content curation.
The founding members of CVRF approached us about developing a website for their nonprofit’s mission to provide vital services for combat veterans in need. With a combat veteran serving as a founding board member, this nonprofit uniquely understood the struggles of veterans struggling with addiction, unemployment or underemployment, and/or homelessness. They needed help with branding, tone and voice, and refinement of the organization’s fundraising goals and avenues.
We interviewed five combat veterans who has served in the last 2o years to identify several research objectives:
Highlight veteran stories using a patriotic, advocate, informative, and compassionate content copy
