iOS Case Study
Role
UI/UX Design, UX Research, User Interviews, Prototype, A/B Testing
Introduction
Circleback is a mobile app designed to help educators collaborate through work flow disruptions and staffing shortages.
PROBLEM
Staffing shortages in public education causes a daily redistribution of workload assignments and teams comprised of co-workers collaborating short term.
A study by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) in March found that 44% of public schools reported teaching vacancies. By LinkedIn’s calculations, the number of teachers who quit in 2022 was almost 41% higher than a year earlier.
SOLUTION
Create a mobile app that facilitates spontaneous as well as send-and-receive messages that incorporate a daily dashboard, social feature, video chat, file share, and instant messaging.
